The 5th Annual Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA) Summit will bring together a diverse and influential group of approximately 800 professionals from throughout North America whose common goal is to promote and discuss the production and utilization of renewable fuels.

The most significant opportunity confronting the world is the chance to grow beyond oil - to relieve the unhealthy dependency we have developed on fossil fuels and replace a substantial part of our energy mix with renewable biofuels such as biodiesel and ethanol.

This year, the Canadian Renewable Fuels Summit will focus on how we move forward to achieve this goal. Discussions will include; advancement of second generation biofuels, responding to the food versus fuel debates, biofuels as a cleaner, greener, more affordable source of energy that will strengthen economic prospects at home and in emerging economies alike.
