International Bioenergy Days began in Sweden as a way to bring people together to learn from "success stories" and the latest developments in the field. ÄFAB, a Swedish engineering company heavily involved in those events, was asked on numerous occasions to establish a recurring bioenergy conference that could alternate each year between the United States and Sweden, each time in a different location. Minnesota was chosen for the first U.S. presentation.

Although participation by key players from West Sweden and the United States is central to the program, involvement and support for the event is truly international. The impact of this partnership will be seen at International Bioenergy Days and beyond! Don't miss the chance to be part of this important effort.

Those attending will learn from the world’s leading bio-energy experts and researchers and have the opportunity to look at and see how these technologies are already being implemented in Swedish-made products, all of which are ready for a U.S. market ripe for growth – and many of which will be able to be viewed in working order by visitors at the conference.
